BT refers to construction - handover, it is a changing form of BOT, i.e. the contractor shall be responsible for the financing of the project's engineering construction and hand the project over to the owner after qualified acceptance; the owner shall pay the contractor with the engineering construction costs, financing fees and project benefits  in installments; PPP refers to the cooperation between the government and social capital, under this mode, the private enterprises and private capital are encouraged to cooperate with the governments to engage in the construction of public infrastructures.
