Zhongjiaotongli Construction Co., Ltd grew out of the Zhongjiaotongli Road Survey and Design Engineering Co., Ltd established in October 1993, later in June 2008, the company was reorganized to become a stockholding enterprise with a registered capital of RMB225 million, it now is a new high-tech enterprise of Shaanxi. At present, it has 40 subsidiaries and branch companies, including 18 subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries, 7 joint stock companies and 15 branch companies.

The company started its business with its proprietary technology form goaf treatment and developed to be a domestic highway construction and service enterprise with relatively complete qualifications and businesses, the company mainly engages in the survey and design of highway engineering (including super-large bridge and super-long tunnel), construction and contracting as well as highway operation etc. It owns relatively high class qualifications in the industry, including Class A for engineering survey and design, Class A for engineering consultation, Class A for engineering design of the highway industry (super-large bridge and super-long tunnel), Class A for the survey, design and construction and geological disaster, Class B for municipal administration works, Class 1 for highway construction general contracting and Class 1 for four construction specialties. Its business scope covers highway survey and design, construction and contracting, municipal administration construction, operation and maintenance, environment greening and geological disaster treatment etc., in addition, the construction contracting and investment are combined via the BT mode, survey and design and construction contracting can complement each other's advantages through the business modes such as EPC and PMC, fully employ the business integration advantages and optimize the profitability structure, thus the company possesses the capability to undertake large scale, complicated and high technical content projects, which in turn, promotes the development of various businesses.
